About Bill Starkey

A real estate professional in Montgomery, Texas, Bill Starkey spent more than 37 years as CEO of Starkey Construction, LLC. In this position, he oversaw the development of luxury homes, avoiding “cookie-cutter” suburban home designs in favor of unique, classic styles. To ensure their timeliness, Bill Starkey’s company built custom homes with high-quality materials and luxury finishes such as Italian marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Since leaving the firm, Bill Starkey has maintained a focus on environmentally friendly practices in terms of design, construction, and operation. This includes the use of recycled or sustainable building materials, the installation of alternate energy sources such as solar panels, or the practice of construction waste reduction measures.

In his free time, Mr. Starkey enjoys traveling, cycling, and swimming near his Montgomery home. He holds a certification as a Master Diver, indicating his experience with more than 50 logged dives and various specialty scuba diving courses.
